Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

If your item is shipped at the USPS Flat rate your order should be delivered in 1-2 business days. All other USPS shipments estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days. Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays and COVID protocol.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You should receive a confirmation e-mail from us shortly after your purchase. Tracking may be offered via USPS.

Customs, duties, and taxes
4ByHill is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
4ByHill is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently are only offering international shipping to Canada. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.

Returns Policy
All sales are final. A return may be granted if one is requested by e-mail.
